Shipping
All shipping to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and elsewhere is $5 US. This holds for any order, any size, any destination.
While I make every effort to fulfill your order as soon as possible, please allow 6-8 weeks for your package to arrive. Orders outside the US may take longer, so please allow 8-12 weeks. I fully expect your order to arrive well before then, and if I am aware of any delay, every effort will be made to inform you of a more accurate delivery date.
Length / Display
As noted, our necklaces and bracelets tend to be on the long side. The actual length may vary by roughly half an inch but we err on the side of offering a shorter measurement. (Meaning if I list the length as 22 1/2 inches, the actual length will be somewhere between 22 1/2 inches and 23 inches.}
Necklaces displayed on a bust for photography frequently need to be temporarily shortened in order to fit the item onto the bust, so the bust photograph is not always an accurate depiction of the items length. At least one photograph will show the full item in such a way that the entire item is visible. And of course the actual length will always be listed. If you're interested in a piece but would like to see it modeled before buying, contact me and we'll work something out.
Returns / Refunds
Our refund policy is twofold:
1) If you are unsatisfied with your product upon receipt, you have 30 days to contact me regarding a return and refund or replacement. The refund or replacement will be issued when I receive the original item back. All contact information is available here, or at the bottom of this page.
2) I make all of my jewelry to last and put up with a fair amount of wear and tear. However, nothing lasts forever. If one of my products breaks and you'd like it re-made, send back what you have and I'll restring it free of charge, replacing any missing beads if possible. (Some of my beads are truly limited quantity and once they're gone I can't replace them)
