Dreams of Silence is a 15 part series, with parts of various ratings, lengths and importence.   It's centered around John's telepathy, and Galen's abilities, and the connection they unkowingly share.  And it involves the mandatory telepath scans, vengence, bitterness, love, and author cameos.  There are also het warnings for this, some angst, and ... well, lots and lots of gratuitous sex. 

Galen, John, the Excalibur, and all related names, places, and people belong to JMS and many other people. The story itself is mine.

In all parts, the following notations are used.

Single brackets [] around text indicate personal thoughts.
Double brackets [[]] around words indicate telepathy.

Dinner -- Galen invites John to dinner on his ship.

Dessert -- Dinner is over, it's time for dessert.

Breakfast -- There's *always* a morning after ...

Brunch --  Galen has a few things to think about.

Lunch -- It's time to tell Gideon.

Barbecue - An Interlude -- There's a fire on the ship. 
(This story is based on something that *would* have happened had the series continued. It's *my* take on how it could have happened, had it happened, which it didn't because the series was canceled.)

Picnic -- John has some time off, and Galen takes him off the ship.

Tidbit -- Galen and John discuss asking Dureena to help them with something.

Feast -- John and Galen have a "date" with Dureena.

Coffee -- John and Dureena discuss the events of the previous evening, and Dureena's hopes for the future.

Soiree -- Max accepts the invitation extended by Dureena at the end of "Coffee."

Morsel -- Max and Dureena talk about what happened between them. Galen returns.

Lemonade -- It's time for John's semi-annual review, but they're doing things a little differently this time.

Midnight Snack -- Galen returns after an unusually long period away from the ship.

Celebration -- It's a special day for John.
