Crystal Key -- NC-17, B5/Crusade, Max, Galen -- Why I'm actually putting this up here, I really don't know. I wrote it because of my fixation on David Allen Brooks, who played Max, and my extreme amusement at a particular scene in one episode, where it's revealed that Max has a thing for kinky movies. Specifically kinky movies involving aliens and humans having sex. ("Snow White and the Seven Narns," "Who's Your Little Pak'ma'rah" etc)
Dreams of Silence -- NC-17 (overall), B5/Crusade, Galen/John -- Another one from my Crusade days. The genesis of this story was asking a friends daughter (who wasn't even into slash, she had just taken over the computer while her mom cooked dinner) who she'd like to see in a story. She picked the telepath and the wizard. And thus, Dreams of Silence was born. I'm rather pleased with it, overall, as it's my first really thought out, multi part, plotted story. Up till this, I specialized almost exclusivly in PWP or fluff.
Of Scanning and Dreams -- NC-17, B5/Crusade, John/Max -- My two favorites, and it was kind of inspired by something in the Psi-Corps Trilogy set of novels, where some non-telepaths, because of the natural makeup of their brains, were harder to read. I took it for this story to mean that people with phenominal mental gifts - not necessarily telepathy, would be in this catagory. It's implied that Max's expertise is borne of more than simple experience, cuz he's also supposed to be a computer genius, too.
Visions of a Psi-Cop -- NC-17, B5/Crusade, John/Max -- I ... I apologize for this one, I really do. It's ... it was one of my very very early attempts at bondage, and I don't think terribly good. So be warned there, bad bdsm and slash.
Rememberence -- PG-13, B5/Crusade, Sarah/Dureena -- One of my few attempts at femslash, just playing on some of the potential relationships on the Excalibur, and wanting to expand on Dureena's past at Praxis. Femslash and non-con/young girl imagry.
True Secrets of Blue Dragons (or "Why Galen Doesn't Live On the Excalibur.") -- PG-13, B5/Crusade, Galen -- It was a very, very long drive, in the summer, in the south, in a car with no air conditioning, and I had Priscilla on my mind.
And because I like the quote, and it inspired the title ... From the Babylon 5 Episode "Geometry of Shadows" where the technomages are introduced. Elric,"We are dreamers, shapers, singers, and makers. We study the mysteries of laser and circuit, crystal and scanner, holographic demons and invocations of equations. These are the tools we employ and we know many things." Sheridan, " Such as ...?" Elric, "The true secrets, the important things, 14 words to make someone fall in love with you forever. 7 words to make them go without pain or say good-bye to a friend who is dying. How to be poor. Ceremonies of Love and Sadness -- PG, Babylon 5, Delenn/Susan -- Femslash, and, honestly, it's kinda stupid. It was written because I had a crush on a friend of mine who wanted stuff pairing Delenn with *anyone* but Sheridan, and she and I both had bi tendencies so I played with femslash, and the Romeo and Juliet 'suicide as romance' copout. Forgive, please.
For Annabelle -- G, Crusade, Max -- This is one of my earlier peices. It was written largely as a way to possibly explain some of the apparent contradictions in Max's life and psyche - his obvious affection for his wife, and Mr. Kitty, his very withdrawn and yet arrogant manners, and just everything else that made up Max Eilerson.
Blonde Bombshell -- PC-13, Crusade, Max -- Oh holy sweet hells. Max as Marilyn Munroe. Loosely connected to True Secrets, but I never actually wrote the story that connected them so I'm posting them as solo works.
Camping -- PG, Crusade, Galen/Gideon -- In kind of script format, it's a fic that was sparked form a challenge. Challenge was thus - write a fic beginning with "Did you know that we're sleeping together?" This little near-drabble is my answer to that. I'm not sure if the dialogue-only part of that was in the challenge or not but there it be.
Cave In -- PG, Crusade, Max/Dureena -- My lovely het OTP of Crusade. This is a rather typical 'trap them somewhere and hurt one of them' kind of thing. I swear, JMS planned Crusade in such a way that anyone could convievably pair up with anyone else. Really!
Secrets -- PG-13, Crusade, Max/Dureena -- Kind of a variaion on the last one -- trap them somewhere and hurt one of them. This time it's Max who gets hurt, and the fact that he was born and raised on Mars is a factor in things.
