I've moved the B5 and Buffy fics here, because I don't do anything with them anymore and as far as I know all the stories for these have been posted.
Lord of the Rings -- Ahhh, lovely, lovely Rings. I confess to actually sleeping through the first movie the one time I saw it in theatres. The fandom really kicked in for me in the summer following that. And I learned that it was something about the battle of Amon-hen that puts me to sleep, but only in the theatrical version. I don't know why, but I fall asleep some time after Lorien, and wake up at Boromir's Mighty Mouse scene. (When he's running up over the hill towards Merry and Pippin and you just wanna sing "Heeere I come to save the daaaay!") Doesn't happen with the extended version. Almost exclusively slash, with Eowyn the only woman who really gets some, I think. And ... there's a thing with the horses. With a few exeptions, almost everything I've written for this fandom is still around. I don't write in the fantom itself anymore, most of my writing is RPS.
Real Person Slash -- Shortened to RPS, this is fiction involving the *actors* who play the characters -- David Wehnam / Hugo Weaving sleeping together, rather than Elrond and Faramir. At first I was reluctant, in spite of dabblings in this as far back as by Crusade fandom, because it seemed ... I don't know, weird. But also in Crusade, I met and was on a first name basis with most of the cast, so it would be like writing sex stories about my friends. But with LOTR, there was just far, far too much to work with, the DVD extras really, really helped, there, I have to admit. And once I 'broke the seal' so to speak there was no turning back. There was just too much to work with, so many places to go, without the constraints of "But Tolkein said this!" or "the movie says that!!" My RPS OTP? Hugo Weaving / David Wenham.
Misc -- I've been known to do little one-off fics on movies, or do just one story in a particular fandom. Any original stuff I've done will also be put under here. The rest is broken down by fandom because it *is* largely chronological for me, I get into one fandom, and immerse myself, then move on to another. Anything here is either just a oneoff, or from a fandom that I feel I never fully immersed in (Harry Potter, for example) Currently, I'm dabbling in M*A*S*H a bit, I'm not sure if I'll keep it under the Misc. section or update this page to include M*AS*H as its own full fledged fandom.
