Most bracelets available in stores range in size from 6 to 7 inches.  Io's Pride bracelets measure between 7 to 8 1/2 inches.  The exception are "Sizes Itself" bracelets, which are made with a special kind of wire that allow the bracelet to "cling" to the wrist.
